Following an initial consultation with the applicants En-Plan drafted a proposal for a two bedroom bungalow that was submitted to the Planning department at Telford & Wrekin Council. After negotiation with the Planners the scheme was passed and the applicant is currently submitting details of materials to be used in the scheme for approval.
En-Plan are also very please to announce as of April 2020 the Building Regulations Submission to have the technical build detail checked by "Approved Inspectors" based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire has subsequently received a conditional approval with the only outstanding issue being a SAPS calculation which we are working on with our specialist energy performance consultants at "Fentons Energy".
