Planning & Listed Building Consent Application.
Oswald House, Church Road, Ironbridge, Telford, Shropshire.
Following an initial site meeting En-Plan were tasked with producing a combined Listed Building and Planning Application to allow for replacement windows, new external pipework, and new metal railings at oswald House as well as a number of internal alteration to allow for a better internal configuration.
The application has now been submitted to Telford & Wrekin Planning Department and we will work with them to ensure success.
This type of application characterises the work En-Plan do with clients concerning Heritage assets and we fully expect to gain consent for the works applied for. We will be updating this page with progress during the project.

Planning Application approved for extension to Chapel in Broome, Norfolk.
En-Plan: Planning & Architecture have received planning approval for the creation of a new residential annex and toilet block for the existing Broome Chapel in Norfolk.
The application received unanimous support at the Planing Committee held by South Norfolk District Council in April 2021.

En-Plan: Planning & Architecture have received planning approval from Birmingham City Council for the change of use of a fire damaged residential unit into a five bedroom HMO unit.
