New basement and swimming pool extension.
Following an initial discussion with the owners En-Plan were asked to take over the project to add a new swimming pool and basement to a single-storey unit as the applicant wanted to maximise the development potential of the hosue and add bedrooms for an expanding family, after having previously been turned down for a two-storey residential unit.
The site itself is constrained by its position in the Metropolitan Green Belt but En-Plan wearable to make the argument that the basement and swimming pool would have no impact upon the character and openness of the Green Belt and Havering were able to see the quality of the design and approved the application.
Utilising all the space available EN-PLAN were able to secure Planning Approval and add two new bedrooms to the unit which allow for a better appointed family dwelling.
