En-Plan have received approval from Shropshire County Council Heritage Section for the replacement of the timber casement windows with modern timber frame sash windows.

  The proposal had initially been refused before En-Plan became involved but with the correct information and our knowledge in this field we have been able to secure consent.

Planning Consent ranted or New Restaurant and External alterations in Balloch, Scotland.

En-Plan have gained approval for the creation of a new restaurant in the National Park town of Balloch. The application also included details for a new outdoors seating area which will prove to be extremely useful given the current Covid pandemic. En-Plan have gained full planning consent for a new vehicular crossover in a designated Conservation Area in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The application had been attempted by previous Consultants with no  success but En-Plan have gained approval.

En-Plan have  received approval for ground and first floor extensions to a property located in the West Midlands Green Belt. En-Plan were able in this instance to take a scheme that had been refused, amend the details, and the receive approval.
