En-Plan are able to advise you on a range of new build residential development, no matter the scale of the project you proposing.  The design process can be both complex and time consuming, we are here to help you through this.

Whether you are a house builder, developer or land agent En-Plan can assist you with every step of your project whether it is a full planning application or an outline consent to establish the principle of development.

The first step in our process is to produce a feasibility study and planning appraisal for your proposed site which we can do for as for as little as £150. To do this all we need is the full site address and an outline brief of what you are looking to get on the site. We have extensive knowledge of what is acceptable in the Planning system and as such we can guide you through this complex and often confusing stage with ease and with the confidence that our success has given us.

At En-Plan: Planning & Architecture we have experience of both the private sector and of Local Authority thereby giving us a rounded view of what will be successful and as we work on a flat fee basis with no additional costs we are only interested in success and we do not charge for alteration bought about by the client or Local Planning Authority to achieve a successful outcome.
