As part of our service we offer a free no obligation consultation to discuss your proposal as not  all development requires planning permission as some development is allowed, this is called permitted development. Other development requires a prior notification application, this is known as prior approval.

We do advise clients to cross reference our views with the  Council and the Planing Portal as before you invest your money in a project you want to feel you are receiving the right advice and taking the right course of action and a little but of knowledge allows you to make informed decisions and understand the advice from ourselves and the reasoning behind it.

How to get there

By foot  
Business & Planning First Point is located next to the Wellington Library and Leisure Services complex, just a couple of minutes walk from Wellington town centre.

By car 
Wellington Civic Offices are part of Wellington Civic Centre and Leisure Services complex. Free parking is available on all long stay and short stay car parks located close to the centre. It can be accessed via a number of routes which can be seen on the map below. Sat Nav Address: TF1 1LX

By train 
There is a train station in Wellington. From here, head to Wellington town centre and you will find Business & Planning First Point located next to the Wellington Civic Centre and Leisure Services complex, just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre.
