Following an initial planning appraisal a formal planning application for an extended roof void to allow for two new bedrooms at first floor and a bespoke sun room to the rear was submitted and subsequently approved by Derby City Council Planning Department. The project has also received full plans approval for building regulations and work is scheduled to start in spring 2019.
